When you contact us
Our email links open your email app so you can write, review and send an enquiry to jp6.erasmus@gmail.com. You may choose to include your name, company, phone number and information about your requirements. We use those details to respond to you and discuss the system.
Where the information goes
Messages you send by email are handled by your mail provider and delivered to our Gmail mailbox. The current website does not submit an enquiry form or store a copy of your email draft. Website requests may appear in the hosting provider’s operational logs. Enquiries previously submitted through the website’s earlier server form may remain stored privately on the website server.
Marketing and tracking
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing subscription forms. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The site does not set browser cookies.
Calling or using WhatsApp
Phone and WhatsApp links let you contact us directly. WhatsApp opens a third-party service; its own privacy terms apply to that conversation. Messages sent there are not submitted through this website’s enquiry form.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage the business relationship or meet applicable obligations. Hosting backups may retain copies according to their backup schedule.
